Domestic deliveries (UAE)
Timings: Hoiisa delivers in the United Arab Emirates: orders are expected to be delivered within 1 to 2 working days depending on the time of the day the purchase was done and after you received your order confirmation email. They could be some delay during national holidays and orders for delivery in remote areas outside Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. In this case, the delivery time may vary. There are some movement restrictions for deliveries to certain areas in Abu Dhabi. Please email email@example.com for further details. Shipping will be done by our delivery partner.
We will be introducing additional deliveries to other GCC countries in a near future. We will keep you informed through Hoiisa’s newsletter, therefore do not forget to subscribe. However, if you opt out then please check our website frequently for updates.
Delivery charges: If applicable, it will be added to the price on the order form during the checkout phase and it will be indicated in AED currency.
Card payment on delivery is available for all orders within the UAE. If you fail to receive your delivery by the second attempt, you may be charged an additional fee. Return charges will be a flat rate of AED 28. If you require same day delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further details as the price will vary depending on the location.

Scheduling deliveries: Once your order has been dispatched, for standard delivery in the UAE you will be contacted by our courier partner. They will call you to schedule a suitable time for delivery. Orders received on a weekend (Fridays and Saturdays), public holidays and/or outside our standard working hours (9:00 am – 6:00 pm) will be dispatched the next UAE working day, after the date the order was confirmed; multiple orders may be consolidated into one delivery.
Orders are delivered during business days, Saturday through Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays. It is advisable to place your order before 12:00 pm if you want to receive the order for the following day. We are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our order confirmation, although these delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. If we have not delivered your order within 30 days of order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund.
Orders may not be delivered to P.O. Boxes or outside the UAE.
Tracking your order: Once you receive an email confirmation your order has been shipped, you will then be able to track your order. Please add email@example.com to your contacts to ensure our emails do not end up in your spam folder.
Please provide your full address along with your contact details to avoid any delivery delay. If no one is available to accept delivery of your order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date with our delivery partner.
Payment method & confirmation
Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours of receipt payment. This does not mean that your order has been confirmed yet. Your order will only be accepted once the delivery address is verified, card details payment approved, then your order will be confirmed and shipped. You will then receive a second email confirming your order. You will quickly be informed if any problem occurs and payment will not be processed.
